- All of the products on our site comes exclusively with Free Shipping, hence no shipping cost will be charges from the buyer, unless specifically mentioned on the product page
- All products are shipped within 7 days of payment confirmation. Our preferred shipping partment is DHL & DTDC. However in some cases other shipping partner may be preferred. 
- Delivery times may vary from location to location within India and abroad as well (From 2 days to 30 days). A tracking number will be provided to the user to track the courier.
- If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
- We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please contact us on the provided numbers or Email IDs and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or vendor location
- All of our orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across the globe to your provided shipping address via reputed shipping partners. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partners to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our shipping partners for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery in case custom or any other taxes etc are charged.
